Place the pad in a comfortable position.
Wrap the strap 1 in a counter clockwise direction around the ankle.
Wrap the strap 2 on the top of the foot to attach with the strap 1.
Raise the foot upward as much as possible and wrap the strap 3 crossing over the top of the foot to attach with the strap 1
Wrap the strap 4 crossing over the top of strap 3 and attach with strap 1.
